You can get rid of it by paying $99. See the Ordering page

The address of my page has changed; how do I change my isCool redirector
to point to the right page?
You can change the URL of your page by using the Edit
feature, where you can change other data about your redirector aswell.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can go to this page to have your password
mailed to you instantly.

How do I change the name of my redirector?
To change the name of a redirector, you'll have to remove the old one
and create a new one with the new name.
What do you guys do with my email address?
Not much. We'll use it if we've got inquiries about your redirector,
or if there are major changes in the isCool system. If you forgot your
password, we use it to mail you what it is.
We hate spam.
